FlySpark BLS 60A V2 4-in-1 ESC

The FlySpark BLS 60A V2 is a 4-in-1 ESC for 3–6S builds, delivering 60 A continuous and 80 A burst (10 s) per motor. V2 rebuilds the boards: a 6-layer, 6 oz copper, 2.0 mm thick power board and a 4 oz copper control board, both fabricated to IPC Class 3. Layout, pads, mounting and firmware are the same as V1. It is the successor to the FlySpark BLS 60A 4-in-1 ESC (V1).

• 60 A per motor on 3–6S:
• • 60 A continuous and 80 A burst (10 s) per motor, four motors
• • 3–6S LiPo input with TVS protection
• • 1000 µF 50 V capacitor and XT60 power lead included

• Heavy-copper power board:
• • Power board: 6 oz / 4 oz copper across six layers, 2.0 mm thick
• • Control board: 4 oz / 2 oz copper, 4 layers
• • Lower resistance, better heat spreading and a stiffer board

• Built to IPC Class 3:
• • Both boards fabricated to IPC Class 3 on 170 Tg Shengyi laminate
• • ENIG finish with 2 µ″ gold, white solder mask
• • 100 % flying-probe and 4-wire Kelvin electrical test on every bare board

• Proven firmware and protocols:
• • BLHeli_S J_H_40 rev 16.7 on an EFM8BB21 MCU; Bluejay-compatible for advanced users
• • DShot150 / 300 / 600, Oneshot125 and PWM (DShot300 recommended)
• • Bidirectional DShot is not supported on BLHeli_S: keep it OFF

• Simple connection to the flight controller:
• • 8-pin SH 1.0 mm connector or direct solder (GND, VBAT, M1–M4, CUR, TEL)
• • Plugs straight into the FlySpark F4 V2 flight controller
• • No current sensor and no ESC telemetry: the CUR and TEL lines are not used

• IN THE BOX:
• • FlySpark BLS 60A V2 4-in-1 ESC ×1
• • 1000 µF 50 V capacitor ×1 with heat-shrink
• • XT60 power lead ×1 (100 mm)
• • 8-pin SH 1.0 mm FC–ESC cables (25 mm and 75 mm)
• • Mounting hardware: silicone grommets, O-rings, M3 × 30 mm hex screws, M3 steel nuts

APPLICATIONS: Quad builds on 3–6S that need 60 A per motor: FPV freestyle and long-range quads, heavier camera or payload quads, ArduPilot / INAV quad platforms, and FlySpark F4 V2 stack builds.

• GOOD TO KNOW:
• • This ESC has no current sensor and no ESC telemetry. Set the flight controller's current meter to OFF.
• • Bidirectional DShot (RPM filter) is not supported by BLHeli_S J_H_40; keep it OFF.
• • In a FlySpark stack, mount the ESC with its power side (MOSFETs) facing up toward the flight controller.
• • Board size and height are V1 measurements (approx.); V2 weight is not yet measured.
• • IPC Class 3 refers to the fabrication of the bare printed circuit boards. It is not a certification of the assembled product.
