Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back to us in original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation with the return
- We'll inspect the item upon receipt and process your refund
Refund Processing
Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately with photos or videos of the damage. We will either send a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Shipping Costs for Returns
