FlySpark F4 V2 Flight Controller

The FlySpark F4 V2 is a complete F405 flight controller with Bluetooth built in, now on a white 4-layer board with 4 oz outer / 2 oz inner copper, fabricated to IPC Class 3. Pinout, connectors, mounting and firmware are identical to V1, so every V1 guide and file works on V2. It is the successor to the FlySpark F4 V1 Flight Controller.

• • 8 motor outputs (M1–M8) for quad, hexa, Y6 or X8; LED strip, buzzer, camera control, RSSI, PPM

• Clean power for your peripherals:
• • 5 V 3 A and 9 V 3 A regulators for receiver, GPS, VTX or DJI air unit
• • 3–6S LiPo input with TVS diode protection
• • Battery voltage sensing (10k / 1k divider) and a pad for an external current sensor

• Bluetooth built in:
• • On-board ESP32-C3 bridge on UART4 passes MSP (Betaflight, INAV) and MAVLink (ArduPilot)
• • Configure, tune and check the battery from the FlySpark Station app, no laptop needed
• • Four on-board LEDs show battery level on all three firmwares
• • Firmware flashing is over USB-C only; Bluetooth is for configuration and telemetry

• Built to IPC Class 3:
• • 4 oz outer / 2 oz inner copper, four times a standard 1 oz board
• • 170 Tg Shengyi laminate, ENIG 2 µ″ gold finish, white solder mask
• • 100 % flying-probe and 4-wire Kelvin electrical test on every bare board

• Open firmware, no lock-in:
• • Ships with Betaflight 2026.6.2 (hardware verified)
• • INAV 9.1.0 and ArduPilot Copter / Plane 4.7.1 supported (bench validation in progress)
• • Built from official release tags and published on GitHub with checksums and source patches
• • BOOT button and USB-C: switch or recover firmware at any time

APPLICATIONS: FPV freestyle and long-range builds, hexa / Y6 / X8 multirotors, ArduPilot survey and mission platforms, digital FPV builds with a DJI air unit, flight-controller replacement or upgrade, UAV research and training.

GOOD TO KNOW: • Betaflight 2026.6.2 is hardware verified. INAV 9.1.0 and ArduPilot 4.7.1 are supported; bench validation is in progress. • Connects to a 4-in-1 ESC with an 8-pin SH 1.0 mm cable or by direct solder. Check the ESC's pin order against the pinout in the manual before connecting a third-party ESC. • Paired with the FlySpark BLS 60A 4-in-1 ESC, set the current meter to OFF: that ESC has no current sensor. • Board size is from the V1 drawing; V2 weight and PCB thickness are not yet measured. • IPC Class 3 refers to the fabrication of the bare printed circuit boards. It is not a certification of the assembled product.
