FlySpark F4 V2 BLS 60A Stack (Field Series)

The FlySpark F4 V2 is our F405 flight-control stack rebuilt to a higher standard. The electronics you trust from V1 (same proven layout, same pinout, same firmware) now sit on boards fabricated to IPC Class 3, the PCB class used for aerospace, defence and life-critical electronics. It pairs the FlySpark F4 V2 flight controller with the FlySpark BLS 60A 4-in-1 ESC in a 30.5 × 30.5 mm stack. It is the successor to the FlySpark F4 V1 BLS 60A Stack.

KEY FEATURES & BENEFITS:

• Built to IPC Class 3:
• • All three boards fabricated to IPC Class 3 on 170 Tg Shengyi high-temperature laminate
• • ENIG finish with 2 µ″ gold for flat, solderable pads
• • 100 % flying-probe and 4-wire Kelvin electrical test on every bare board before assembly
• • White solder mask makes contamination or damage easy to spot during inspection

• Heavy copper where it counts:
• • Flight controller: 4 oz outer / 2 oz inner copper, four times a standard 1 oz board
• • ESC power board: 6 oz / 4 oz copper across six layers on a 2.0 mm board
• • Lower resistance, better heat spreading and a stiffer, flatter stack

• Complete F405 flight controller:
• • STM32F405 at 168 MHz, ICM-42688-P gyro, DPS310 barometer
• • MAX7456 analog OSD plus DJI / HD DisplayPort, DJI 6-pin plug
• • microSD blackbox, 6 UARTs, 8 motor outputs for quad, hexa, Y6 or X8
• • 5 V 3 A and 9 V 3 A regulators for receiver, GPS, VTX or DJI air unit

• Bluetooth built in:
• • On-board ESP32-C3 bridge passes MSP (Betaflight, INAV) and MAVLink (ArduPilot) to your phone
• • Configure, tune and check the battery from the FlySpark Station app, no laptop needed
• • Four on-board LEDs show battery level on all three firmwares
• • Firmware flashing is over USB-C only; Bluetooth is for configuration and telemetry

• 60 A ESC for 3–6S:
• • 60 A continuous and 80 A burst (10 s) per motor
• • BLHeli_S J_H_40 16.7 on an EFM8BB21 MCU, DShot150 / 300 / 600 (DShot300 recommended)
• • TVS protection; 1000 µF 50 V capacitor included
• • No current sensor and no ESC telemetry: battery voltage is measured by the flight controller

• Open firmware, no lock-in:
• • Ships with Betaflight 2026.6.2 (hardware verified)
• • INAV 9.1.0 and ArduPilot Copter / Plane 4.7.1 supported (bench validation in progress)
• • Built from official release tags and published on GitHub with checksums and source patches

APPLICATIONS: FPV freestyle and long-range builds, hexa / Y6 / X8 multirotors, ArduPilot survey and mission platforms with Mission Planner or QGroundControl, digital FPV builds with a DJI air unit, UAV research, training and integration projects.

• GOOD TO KNOW:
• • The ESC has no current sensor and no ESC telemetry. Set the current meter to OFF; battery voltage is measured by the flight controller.
• • Betaflight 2026.6.2 is hardware verified. INAV 9.1.0 and ArduPilot 4.7.1 are supported; bench validation is in progress.
• • Mount the ESC with its power side (MOSFETs) facing up toward the flight controller.
• • Stack size and weight are V1 measurements (approx.); V2 will be re-measured.
• • IPC Class 3 refers to the fabrication of the bare printed circuit boards. It is not a certification of the assembled product.
