Intelligence Brief
FlySpark LD35 Multi-Channel Hanging Drone Payload Dropper is a parallel-rack release unit that carries 2, 4, 6 or 8 35 mm-class cylindrical payloads under a drone and releases them on command, one at a time or half of the load at once. It hangs from the airframe on a quick-release plate, operates at 5 V and is triggered by a standard PWM servo signal from the flight controller or directly from an RC receiver channel, so it integrates with FPV-class drones and DJI M350-class enterprise drones without proprietary electronics.

The LD35 is part of the FlySpark UAV Payload Droppers & Release Systems range, supplied and supported in India by AnuShakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. for defence, government security, public-safety and professional integrator customers, with export enquiries welcome.
Every variant shares the same 104 mm width, 52 mm housing height, 5 V supply, PWM / remote trigger and quick-release interface; only the length changes, growing 50 mm for each extra pair of channels: 94 mm for the LD35-2, 144 mm for the LD35-4, 194 mm for the LD35-6 and 244 mm for the LD35-8. Each cup has its own latch, and payload fit is confirmed by FlySpark for the end user's approved payload.

The LD35 puts up to eight payloads on one compact rack, so a single sortie can cover several drop points or deliver a group of items together. The standard PWM interface means it works with any flight controller or receiver that has a spare servo output, and the quick-release plate lets crews swap the dropper between aircraft or remove it for transport in seconds. A slim 52 mm housing keeps the payload close to the airframe for a low centre of gravity.

The pilot assigns a transmitter switch to the drop channel. The command reaches the dropper as a PWM servo pulse, either through a flight-controller auxiliary output or straight from a receiver channel (remote mode), and the latch servos open the selected cups. In single mode each command releases one payload for precise, sequential drops; in half-load salvo mode each command releases half of the loaded payloads together, so two commands empty the rack. Power is 5 V from the aircraft BEC or a regulated servo rail.

The LD35 hangs under the aircraft on a quick-release plate. The dropper-side quick-release seat is included as a free upgrade, and the aircraft-side plate is matched to the airframe and sold separately. Typical carriers are FPV-class drones (7–10 inch class quadcopters and custom multirotors) for the 2- and 4-channel versions, and DJI M350-class enterprise drones or larger multirotors for the 6- and 8-channel versions. Always stay within the aircraft's rated payload and centre-of-gravity limits.

For armed forces, paramilitary units and government security agencies, the LD35 provides a compact, multi-payload release capability for marking, signalling, sensor emplacement, training and logistics under FPV-class and M350-class aircraft.
For emergency services, utilities, agriculture and research teams, the LD35 turns a standard drone into a precise multi-drop delivery tool for small, tube-packed items.

The LD35 is the compact hanging multi-channel option for 35 mm-class cylindrical payloads. For a single payload a single-channel unit is lighter, for larger payload classes the cradle and heavy-rack series fit better, and the revolver unit carries five 35 mm-class payloads in a rotary layout.

The LD35 is supplied only to verified end users. The buyer is responsible for using lawful payloads, obtaining airspace permissions and complying with export controls and local regulations. Never fly over people, confirm the drop zone is clear before every release, and do not exceed the aircraft's rated payload.
Q: What is a multi-channel drone payload dropper? A: A multi-channel drone payload dropper is a release unit that carries several payloads side by side under a drone and lets the pilot release them one at a time or in groups from the remote controller. The FlySpark LD35 carries 2, 4, 6 or 8 payloads in a parallel rack.
Q: What is the FlySpark LD35? A: The FlySpark LD35 is a multi-channel hanging drone payload dropper for 35 mm-class cylindrical payloads. It mounts under the aircraft on a quick-release plate, runs on 5 V, is triggered by a PWM or remote (RC channel) signal and releases either a single payload or half of the load per command.
Q: Which variants are available? A: Four variants: LD35-2 (2-channel, 94 × 104 × 52 mm), LD35-4 (4-channel, 144 × 104 × 52 mm), LD35-6 (6-channel, 194 × 104 × 52 mm) and LD35-8 (8-channel, 244 × 104 × 52 mm).
Q: What payloads does the LD35 carry? A: It is designed for 35 mm-class cylindrical payloads such as inert training cylinders, marker and signalling canisters, beacons, sensor capsules and small rescue items packed in a 35 mm-class tube. Payload fit is confirmed by FlySpark for the end user's approved payload.
Q: How is the LD35 triggered? A: By a standard PWM servo signal, either from a flight-controller auxiliary output or directly from an RC receiver channel mapped to a switch on the transmitter (remote mode). The unit operates at 5 V.
Q: What release modes does it support? A: Single release (one payload per command) and half-load salvo (half of the loaded payloads released together). On the LD35-8, for example, a half-load command releases 4 payloads and two half-load commands empty the rack.
Q: How does the LD35 mount to the drone? A: It hangs under the airframe on a quick-release plate. The dropper-side quick-release seat is included as a free upgrade; the aircraft-side quick-release plate is matched to the airframe and sold separately.
Q: Which drones is the LD35 compatible with? A: FPV-class drones (typically 7–10 inch class quadcopters and custom multirotors) and DJI M350-class enterprise drones, using an aircraft-side plate matched to the airframe. Always stay within the aircraft's rated payload.
Q: What are the dimensions of each variant? A: All variants are 104 mm wide and 52 mm high; length is 94 mm (LD35-2), 144 mm (LD35-4), 194 mm (LD35-6) or 244 mm (LD35-8). Length grows by 50 mm for each additional pair of channels.
Q: What is the weight of the LD35? A: Weight depends on the variant and the quick-release hardware fitted; it is confirmed with the quotation so you can check it against your aircraft's payload budget.
Q: What is the LD35 drone dropper price in India? A: Price is on request because the configuration (channel count, aircraft-side plate and integration support) is matched to each buyer. Contact FlySpark on WhatsApp or email for a quotation in INR or for export.
Q: Can I fit the LD35 to a DJI Matrice 350? A: Yes, M350-class aircraft are supported through an airframe-matched aircraft-side quick-release plate (sold separately). FlySpark advises on plate selection and on wiring the trigger signal for your aircraft.
Q: Which variant should I choose? A: Choose by payload count and aircraft lift: the LD35-2 and LD35-4 suit FPV-class drones, while the LD35-6 and LD35-8 are better matched to larger multirotors and M350-class aircraft with more payload margin.
Q: Can the LD35 be used for search and rescue? A: Yes. It can drop small rescue items, marker canisters, beacons or radios packed in a 35 mm-class tube to people or teams in the field, one at a time or in groups.
Q: Can other payloads be integrated on the LD35? A: The LD35 is supplied as a general-purpose payload release unit. Integration of any other authorised payload is the responsibility of the verified end user and must comply with national law, export controls and procurement rules.
Q: Who can buy the LD35? A: It is supplied only to verified end users such as defence and government agencies, public-safety organisations, professional integrators, research institutions and licensed commercial operators.
Q: What is the lead time, and do you export? A: Lead time is confirmed with the quotation and depends on variant and quantity. FlySpark supplies across India and handles export enquiries subject to end-user documentation and applicable export controls.
Q: Does FlySpark provide integration support? A: Yes. FlySpark / AnuShakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. supports plate selection, trigger wiring, release-mode configuration, ground testing and operator familiarisation.
Q: What warranty is included? A: 1 year against manufacturing defects under approved use and normal operating conditions. Damage from crashes, overload, wrong voltage or unauthorised modification may not be covered.
