Intelligence Brief
FlySpark First-Aid Kit Drone Dropper is a multi-release medical payload dropper that lets an FPV-class or camera drone carry up to 4 or 6 individual first-aid kits and release them one at a time on command. It is built for the minutes that matter: getting a tourniquet, dressing or thermal blanket to a casualty, a stranded person or a rescue team before ground access is possible.

The dropper is part of the FlySpark UAV Payload Droppers & Release Systems range, supplied and supported in India by AnuShakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd., with export enquiries welcome.
Two bodies are available. The 4-lock body measures 164 × 164 × 50 mm and weighs approx. 300 g; the 6-lock body measures 135 × 135 × 74 mm and weighs approx. 400 g. Both accept 7–28 V DC and are controlled over CRSF through an integrated decoder, so the unit wires straight into a Crossfire or ELRS-equipped drone with three leads and releases one kit per press of radio channel 8. Each body is offered as a standard version (variant code PWM) and an SQ quick-release version.

A single-release dropper delivers one item per sortie. In casualty care and disaster response that means repeated flights, battery swaps and lost time. The FlySpark multi-release dropper carries a full set of individual kits and lets the pilot place each one exactly where it is needed – one kit per casualty, one per stranded group, or several in quick succession at a casualty collection point.

Each station has its own micro-servo actuated lock that holds one kit. The integrated decoder reads the CRSF serial stream from the drone’s receiver and watches radio channel 8. Every press of the switch or button mapped to channel 8 opens the next lock in sequence and releases one kit; the remaining kits stay locked until the next press.

Wiring takes three leads. The yellow signal lead connects to the flight-controller RX pad / receiver TX to tap the CRSF stream, the red lead to the flight-controller BAT/VCC pad or ESC positive, and the black lead to the flight-controller GND pad or ESC negative. Supply voltage is 7–28 V DC.

The dropper suits FPV-class quadcopters and custom-built camera drones that run a CRSF / ELRS receiver, provide a 7–28 V supply and have a flat area under the airframe. The top plate, faced with a foam pad, sits against the underside of the frame and is secured through its mounting holes. Plan the lift margin for approx. 300 g (4-lock) or approx. 400 g (6-lock) plus the kits. The SQ version uses a quick-release mount so the loaded dropper can be swapped between aircraft or sorties quickly.

For armed forces, paramilitary and government security agencies, the dropper is a humanitarian casualty-care and resupply tool that pushes individual trauma kits forward in support of CASEVAC when ground movement is slow or exposed.

For disaster-response agencies, rescue services, industry and research, it turns a standard FPV-class or custom drone into a rapid medical-kit delivery platform for people who cannot be reached quickly on foot or by boat.

The first-aid kit dropper is the range’s dedicated multi-release unit for individual medical kits. For single light items, light-sensor triggered droppers fit Mavic / Air-style drones without wiring, while the ZD-series multi-channel droppers cover compact multi-drop sorties on FPV-class aircraft.

IMPORTANT USE NOTE: Supplied only to verified end users. The buyer is responsible for lawful payloads, airspace permissions and export controls. Never fly over people, confirm the drop zone is clear before every release, respect the aircraft’s lift margin and test the release sequence with inert dummy kits before operational use. Payload fit is confirmed by FlySpark for the end user’s approved payload.
Q: What is a first-aid kit drone dropper? A: A first-aid kit drone dropper is a remotely triggered release unit fitted under a drone so that individual first-aid or trauma kits can be flown to a casualty, a stranded person or a rescue team and released on command. The FlySpark unit carries 4 or 6 kits and releases them one at a time.
Q: What is the FlySpark First-Aid Kit Drone Dropper? A: It is a multi-release payload dropper for FPV-class and camera drones, offered as a 4-lock body (164 × 164 × 50 mm, approx. 300 g) and a 6-lock body (135 × 135 × 74 mm, approx. 400 g). Both run on 7–28 V and are controlled over CRSF through an integrated decoder.
Q: How many first-aid kits can it carry? A: One kit per lock: up to 4 kits on the 4-lock body and up to 6 kits on the 6-lock body. Kit size and mass per lock are confirmed by FlySpark against your aircraft’s lift margin.
Q: How is a release triggered? A: The dropper reads radio channel 8 from the CRSF stream. Each press of the switch or button mapped to channel 8 opens the next lock and releases one kit, so kits can be dropped individually to separate casualties or in quick succession at one point.
Q: How is the dropper wired to the drone? A: Three leads are soldered to the aircraft: yellow (signal) to the flight-controller RX pad / receiver TX, red (power) to the flight-controller BAT/VCC pad or ESC positive, and black (ground) to the flight-controller GND pad or ESC negative.
Q: What is the difference between the PWM and SQ versions? A: PWM is the variant code of the standard fixed-mount version; SQ is the quick-release version for fast fitting and removal between sorties. Size, weight, voltage and CRSF control are the same within each body. The aircraft-side quick-release plate for SQ builds is confirmed with the quotation.
Q: Should I choose the 4-lock or the 6-lock body? A: The 4-lock body is wider and flatter (164 × 164 × 50 mm, approx. 300 g) and suits lighter FPV-class drones. The 6-lock body is more compact in footprint but taller (135 × 135 × 74 mm, approx. 400 g) and carries two more kits per sortie for aircraft with more lift.
Q: Which drones is it compatible with? A: FPV-class quadcopters and custom-built camera drones that run a CRSF / ELRS receiver, provide a 7–28 V supply and have a flat area under the airframe for the top plate. Lift margin must cover the dropper weight plus the kits.
Q: Can it be fitted to DJI Mavic or Air drones? A: This unit needs a CRSF signal and a soldered power connection, so it is intended for FPV-class and custom-built drones rather than closed consumer camera drones. FlySpark offers light-sensor triggered droppers in the same range for Mavic / Air-style aircraft.
Q: What goes in an individual first-aid kit for drone delivery? A: Typical contents are a tourniquet, haemostatic or pressure dressing, chest seal, gloves, thermal blanket and a small radio or light. The end user defines the kit; FlySpark confirms the packed size and mass fit the locks and the aircraft.
Q: Is the drone first-aid kit dropper used in military casualty care? A: Yes, as a casualty-care and resupply tool. Defence and paramilitary medical teams use multi-release droppers to push individual trauma kits forward in support of CASEVAC and casualty care when ground access is slow or exposed.
Q: Can it be used for flood and mountain rescue? A: Yes. It is well suited to flood, landslide and mountain rescue, where a drone can reach stranded people quickly and deliver first-aid kits, thermal blankets, lights or small radios before a ground or boat team arrives.
Q: Can the dropper carry other payloads? A: It is designed for individual first-aid and survival kits, but light rescue items such as radios, beacons, lights, water purification tablets and marker pouches can also be carried if FlySpark confirms the fit. Payload fit is confirmed by FlySpark for the end user’s approved payload.
Q: What is the price of the first-aid kit drone dropper in India? A: Price is on request because each order depends on the body (4-lock or 6-lock), the mounting version and quantity. Contact FlySpark on WhatsApp or email for a quotation in INR or for export.
Q: What is the lead time, and do you export? A: Lead time is confirmed with the quotation. FlySpark supplies across India and handles export enquiries subject to applicable export-control and end-user documentation.
Q: Can this dropper be used to carry weapons? A: No. It is supplied as a first-aid and rescue payload dropper to verified end users. Integration of any other payload is the end user’s responsibility and must comply with national law, procurement rules and export controls.
Q: How should I test the dropper before a mission? A: Bench-test with propellers removed: confirm each press of channel 8 opens exactly one lock in sequence, then load inert dummy kits and test-drop over a clear area before carrying real medical kits.
Q: What warranty is included? A: Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 1 year under approved use and normal operating conditions. Crash damage, overload, wrong wiring or voltage and unauthorised modification may not be covered.
