Intelligence Brief
FlySpark TK2100 Heavy-Duty Tracked UGV Robot Chassis is a large, high-load, all-terrain unmanned ground vehicle base built for robots that must carry real weight across rough ground for a full working shift. This 300kg tracked robot chassis runs 4–5 hours on its 48V 300Ah lithium battery, fords water up to 500mm deep and rides on 8 sets of independent suspension shock absorbers, so it keeps traction and stability on rock, sand, mud, gravel, grass and broken industrial ground.

The TK2100 is the flagship heavy-payload model in the FlySpark Unmanned Ground & Surface Vehicles (UGV / USV) range, supplied and supported in India by AnuShakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd., with export enquiries welcome.
Two 48V 4500W brushless DC motors drive the 180mm-wide iron-core rubber tracks, with an industrial-grade 1000-line incremental photoelectric encoder on each side for precise speed feedback and smooth closed-loop control. Speed is adjustable from 0 to 10km/h, and the chassis can turn in place for tight sites. It climbs 35° slopes, steps over 300mm obstacles and bridges 800mm trenches. The carbon-steel hull is finished with baked electrostatic paint and sealed to IP65 as standard, with an IP67 build available, and it operates from -20°C to 60°C.

The TK2100 is designed as an open platform rather than a closed vehicle. The main controller runs open-loop and PID closed-loop control and accepts velocity commands from a host computer over Serial or CAN with a published communication protocol, while reporting linear and angular velocity back. That makes it straightforward to add your own autonomy computer, ROS navigation stack, GNSS/RTK, lidar, cameras, manipulators or mission payloads without reverse-engineering the drive system.

Payload power comes straight from the main pack through reserved 48V 10A, 24V 5A and 12V 5A outputs, so cameras, radios, computers and actuators can run without extra batteries. The standard 2.4GHz remote control gives forward, reverse, left, right and spin-in-place control with about 200m line-of-sight range, and long-range remote controllers, real-time HD 1080P video transmission, mesh self-organizing network radios and 4G/5G remote control are available as upgrades.

The TK2100 is the largest and highest-payload model in the FlySpark unmanned ground vehicle range, and the one to choose when the robot must carry heavy equipment through water, trenches and broken ground. For indoor, stair-climbing or compact work a smaller tracked chassis fits better, while the wheeled platforms suit faster, quieter movement on paved sites and warehouse floors.

With a 300kg payload, 4–5 hours endurance and an open Serial/CAN interface, the TK2100 is a practical military UGV base for armed forces, paramilitary units and defence research teams in India and abroad that need to move equipment and sensors without putting personnel at risk.
For industry, utilities, emergency services and research, the TK2100 is a heavy, weather-sealed carrier that keeps working on mud, sand, gravel and slopes where wheeled robots get stuck.

IMPORTANT USE NOTE: The TK2100 is a mobile robot chassis for lawful industrial, security, research, rescue and logistics applications. Operate it only on sites where you have permission, keep people clear of the tracks during operation, respect the 300kg rated load and 500mm wading limit, and follow local safety, RF and site regulations. Optional radio links must be used only on legally permitted frequencies and power levels.
Q: What is a tracked UGV? A: A tracked UGV (unmanned ground vehicle) is a remotely operated or autonomous robot vehicle that runs on continuous tracks instead of wheels. Tracks spread the load and keep traction on mud, sand, rock, snow and slopes, which is why tracked robot chassis are used for heavy payloads and rough terrain.
Q: What is the FlySpark TK2100? A: The FlySpark TK2100 is a large, heavy-duty, all-terrain tracked UGV (unmanned ground vehicle) chassis with a 300kg rated payload, 4–5 hours endurance, 500mm wading depth and 8 sets of independent suspension. It is an open robotics base for transport, security, inspection and special-purpose robots.
Q: What motors drive the TK2100 and how fast is it? A: Two 48V 4500W brushless DC motors, each with an industrial-grade 1000-line incremental photoelectric encoder for accurate speed feedback. Speed is adjustable from 0 to 10km/h.
Q: What terrain can the TK2100 handle? A: It climbs slopes up to 35°, clears obstacles up to 300mm, crosses trenches up to 800mm wide and fords water up to 500mm deep. The 8 independent suspension units keep the tracks in contact with uneven ground such as rock, sand, mud, gravel and grass.
Q: How is the TK2100 controlled? A: It ships with a 2.4GHz remote control for forward, reverse, left, right and spin-in-place turning, with about 200m line-of-sight range. Long-range remote controllers are available as an upgrade.
Q: Does the TK2100 support ROS and autonomous navigation? A: Yes. The main controller supports open-loop and PID closed-loop control and accepts host-computer velocity commands over Serial or CAN using an open communication protocol. It reports linear and angular velocity back to the host, so a ROS computer or custom autonomy stack can drive it like any ROS robot chassis.
Q: What payloads can be integrated on the TK2100? A: Cameras, thermal imagers, LiDAR, GNSS/RTK, radios, manipulator arms, sensor masts and cargo racks can be fixed to the top-deck mounting brackets. Reserved 48V 10A, 24V 5A and 12V 5A outputs power them directly from the main battery.
Q: Is an explosion-proof version available? A: An explosion-proof configuration can be discussed for hazardous industrial sites such as oil, gas and chemical plants. Contact FlySpark with your site classification.
Q: What is the TK2100 used for? A: Field transport robots, perimeter security and patrol robots, explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) robot platforms, industrial and utility inspection, firefighting and rescue robot bases, agriculture and plantation logistics, mining and construction support, and university or R&D autonomy projects.
Q: What is the TK2100 tracked UGV price in India? A: Price is on request because each chassis is configured to the customer’s payload, control and protection requirements. Contact FlySpark on WhatsApp or email for a quotation in INR or for export.
Q: What is the lead time, and do you export? A: The TK2100 is built to order, so lead time is confirmed with the quotation and depends on the configuration. FlySpark supplies across India and handles export enquiries subject to applicable export-control and end-user documentation.
Q: Can the TK2100 be armed? A: The TK2100 is supplied as an unarmed mobile robot chassis. Any weapon or armed payload integration must be lawful, is subject to export-control and end-use licensing, and is the responsibility of the licensed integrator and end user.
Q: How does the TK2100 compare with other FlySpark UGVs? A: It is the largest, highest-payload model in the range: 300kg versus 100kg for the TK1000, 80kg for the TK990 and 250kg for the wheeled OM600. It also has the deepest wading depth (500mm) and the widest trench crossing (800mm) in the range.
Q: Does FlySpark provide integration support? A: Yes. FlySpark / AnuShakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. supports payload mounting, power and data integration, autonomy-stack interfacing, commissioning, operator training and after-sales service.
Q: What warranty is included? A: Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 1 year under approved use and normal operating conditions. Damage from overload, immersion beyond the rated depth, impact, wrong charging or unauthorized modification may not be covered.
