Intelligence Brief
FlySpark Anti-Thermal Camouflage Suit is an anti-infrared, anti-drone thermal imaging concealment suit in snow digital camouflage. It combines a waterproof pearl-white outer shell with a grey digital pattern and a dark grey ripstop anti-infrared inner layer, so the wearer’s body heat is blocked and spread out and the outside of the suit stays close to the temperature of the snow around them. The result is a greatly reduced thermal signature on drone, handheld and fixed thermal cameras. For forest, jungle and grassland, the same suit is available in woodland green, olive drab / green digital and desert camo as custom patterns on request.

The set covers the whole body: a hooded jacket, trousers, mittens and overboot foot covers, in unisex adult sizes XS to 2XL. Fabric weight is 240 g/m². It is part of the FlySpark Counter-UAS & Anti-Drone Defense range, supplied and supported in India by AnuShakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd., with export enquiries welcome. Custom patterns, sizes and anti-IR fabric by the roll for vehicle and equipment covers are available on request.

The standard suit is snow digital camo. Woodland green, olive drab / green digital and desert patterns are made to order in the same four-piece cut with the same anti-IR inner layer; the outer print is chosen to match the terrain. Pattern details, minimum quantity and lead time are confirmed with the quotation.

Small FPV and reconnaissance drones with thermal cameras have changed what it means to be hidden. A person who is invisible to the naked eye at night, or under light foliage and snow-laden branches, glows brightly on a thermal screen because the body is far warmer than the cold background. Ordinary camouflage uniforms do nothing about this. An anti-thermal suit attacks the problem directly by reducing the heat contrast between the wearer and the surroundings, which makes detection and identification from the air much harder.

The dark grey ripstop anti-infrared inner layer sits between the body and the outer shell. It blocks most of the body’s radiated heat from reaching the outer fabric and diffuses what does get through across a wide area, so there are no bright hot spots. The outer shell can then settle close to ambient temperature. Its snow digital print is chosen for low IR reflectance, so it also avoids standing out under active infrared illumination. The hood, mittens and overboots close the usual gaps at the head, hands and feet.

The suit is sized for adult men and women and is designed to be worn over a uniform or winter layers. Most users choose their normal size, or one size up for thick clothing. The ranges below are approximate; confirm with FlySpark before ordering, especially for bulk orders. Custom sizes are available on request.

• Cover the face and hands: use the hood, mittens and, where possible, a face covering in a matching colour. Exposed skin is the first thing a thermal camera picks up. • Keep the hood up and the drawcord snug so warm air does not escape around the neck. • Fit the overboots over your boots and tuck the trouser cuffs in. • Put the suit on and let it settle to ambient temperature before moving into position. • Limit time in direct sun: a sun-warmed suit contrasts with cold shade and snow. • Stay still and use terrain: rocks, snow banks and tree lines break up any remaining outline. • Remember breath, hot drinks, batteries and engines also show up. Manage them separately.
The suit is a passive protective layer: it improves the survivability of troops who must stay in position while enemy surveillance drones search for them. It works best as part of good concealment discipline.
• Night recon drones and FPV spotters: thermal cameras look for warm shapes against a cool background. The suit lowers that contrast, so the wearer is much harder to pick out and identify from the air. • Stay still under cover: movement draws the eye on a thermal screen. Lie or crouch under bushes, trees, rocks or netting and keep still when a drone is overhead. • Cover the face and hands: keep the hood up and the mittens on, and use a matching face covering where possible. Exposed skin is the brightest part of a person on a thermal image. • Reduce heat leaks at the cuffs and hood: tighten the hood drawcord, tuck the trouser cuffs into the overboots and keep the front zip and storm flap closed. • Combine the suit with natural cover, and use anti-IR fabric to cover vehicles, generators and other hot equipment so they do not give away the position. • Know what the suit cannot do: it does not defeat long exposure (the suit slowly warms), very hot ambient conditions, active radar, or ordinary visual cameras in daylight. Good field discipline is still needed.
For armed forces, paramilitary units and border security agencies, the suit adds passive thermal concealment to existing camouflage, with no power, batteries or electronics to fail in the cold.

The same properties that help troops stay hidden also help photographers, researchers and crews work close to wildlife and test thermal equipment.

IMPORTANT USE NOTE: For lawful use only. FlySpark supplies the anti-thermal camouflage suit to verified defence, police and government buyers and to lawful civilian users, and may ask for end-user details before supply. The buyer is responsible for complying with local law, hunting and wildlife regulations where applicable, and export-control rules. The suit reduces but does not eliminate the thermal signature; results depend on ambient temperature, distance, sensor, exposure time and whether the face and hands are covered.
Q: What is an anti-thermal camouflage suit? A: An anti-thermal camouflage suit is protective outer clothing made with an anti-infrared (anti-IR) fabric layer. It blocks and spreads out body heat so the outside of the suit stays close to the surrounding temperature, which greatly reduces how strongly the wearer shows up on thermal imaging cameras. It is often called a thermal invisibility suit, but no suit makes a person completely invisible.
Q: What is the FlySpark Anti-Thermal Camouflage Suit? A: It is a four-piece anti-thermal set, in snow digital camo as standard (woodland green and olive patterns on request): a hooded jacket, trousers, mittens and overboot foot covers. The outer shell is a waterproof spandex/cotton blend in pearl-white with a grey digital pattern, with a dark grey ripstop anti-infrared inner layer. Fabric weight is 240 g/m², and it comes in sizes XS to 2XL for adult men and women.
Q: What is the anti-thermal suit price in India? A: Price is on request because it depends on size mix, quantity, pattern and whether you also need anti-IR fabric by the roll. Contact FlySpark on WhatsApp or email for a quotation in INR or for export.
Q: Does the suit work against drones with thermal cameras? A: Yes, that is its main purpose. FPV and reconnaissance drones increasingly carry thermal cameras that pick out warm bodies at night and through light foliage. The suit masks most of the body’s thermal signature, so the wearer is much harder to detect and identify from the air. How well it works depends on ambient temperature, distance, the sensor, exposure time and whether the face and hands are covered.
Q: Does it make me invisible to thermal cameras? A: No. It greatly reduces the thermal signature but does not remove it. Exposed skin, breath, hot equipment, recent heavy exertion and a warm patch left on the ground can still be seen. Treat it as one layer of concealment, used together with terrain, stillness and good field discipline.
Q: Does it work against night vision (image intensifier) devices as well as thermal? A: Thermal cameras and night-vision devices work differently. Thermal cameras see emitted heat; night-vision devices amplify reflected light, including near-infrared. The suit is designed mainly to reduce the thermal (heat) signature, and its snow print is chosen for low IR reflectance, but it is not a dedicated night-vision countermeasure. Results against a specific device should be tested in the end user’s own conditions.
Q: How does ambient temperature affect performance? A: The suit works best when the outside surface can settle close to the background temperature, as in cold snow and high-altitude terrain. In hot conditions, or after long exposure to direct sun, the outer fabric can warm up and the contrast with the background changes. Masking is strongest in cold, still conditions and at longer distances.
Q: Which sizes are available? A: Six unisex adult sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL and 2XL. The suit is worn over a uniform or winter layers, so most users choose their normal size or one size up for thick clothing. Size ranges on the chart are approximate; confirm with FlySpark before ordering. Custom sizes are available on request.
Q: What comes in the set? A: One set includes a hooded jacket with front zip and storm flap, trousers with a drawstring waist and elastic cuffs, a pair of mittens, and a pair of overboot foot covers. Packed size is 35 × 28 × 15 cm and gross weight is about 3.0 kg.
Q: Is the suit waterproof? Can I use it in rain or wet snow? A: The outer shell is waterproof, so it can be worn in snow, sleet and rain. Water and wet snow on the surface can change how the suit looks on a thermal image, so let it settle to ambient conditions and test it in your own environment.
Q: How durable is it? A: The outer shell is a 240 g/m² spandex/cotton blend and the inner layer is ripstop, which resists small tears spreading. As with any camouflage clothing, abrasion on rock and ice, sharp kit and repeated washing will wear the fabric over time. Follow the care instructions to keep the anti-IR layer in good condition.
Q: Are custom camouflage patterns available? A: Yes. Custom patterns, for example woodland, desert or mountain-rock variants, and custom sizes are available on request. Minimum quantity and lead time are confirmed with the quotation.
Q: Is it available in green / woodland camo? A: Yes, as a custom pattern on request. The standard suit is snow digital camo (pearl-white base, grey pattern). The same four-piece suit, with the same anti-IR inner layer, can be made in woodland green camo (greens and browns), olive drab or green digital camo, and desert patterns. Minimum quantity and lead time are confirmed with the quotation.
Q: Which pattern should I choose? A: Match the pattern to the terrain where the suit will be used. Choose snow digital camo for snow, glaciers and high-altitude posts; woodland green for forests, jungle edges and green farmland; olive drab or green digital for mixed scrub, grassland and plains; and desert patterns for arid and rocky ground. The pattern handles visual concealment, while the anti-IR layer handles thermal masking. Many units order snow and green sets for seasonal use.
Q: Can I buy the anti-IR fabric by the roll? A: Yes. Anti-infrared fabric is available by the roll on request, for making covers for vehicles, generators, drone-operator positions and other equipment. The same principle applies: the fabric helps mask engine and equipment heat from thermal cameras, within the same limits as the suit.
Q: Why do you verify end users? A: Anti-thermal camouflage is sensitive equipment. FlySpark supplies it to verified defence, police and government buyers and to lawful civilian users such as wildlife photographers, researchers and film crews. We may ask for organisation details or an end-use statement before supply.
Q: What warranty is included? A: Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 6 months under normal use and correct care. Wear and tear, cuts, burns, abrasion damage and damage from incorrect washing are not covered.
Q: Does FlySpark offer other counter-drone products? A: Yes. The anti-thermal suit sits in the FlySpark Counter-UAS & Anti-Drone Defense range. FlySpark / AnuShakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. can advise on combining passive concealment with drone detection and other counter-drone measures.
