The FlySpark FLS-G30 Hexacopter UAV System is a next-generation high-load tethered drone designed for professional agricultural spraying, industrial cleaning, and inspection operations. Equipped with a Weize G30 tethering power system, this UAV provides long-endurance, continuous operation, and precision-controlled flight performance under demanding conditions.

Featuring a hexacopter platform with a default 30L intelligent watering tank, the FLS-G30 combines power, efficiency, and safety for large-scale field applications. The integrated millimeter-wave radar obstacle avoidance system ensures reliable navigation, while the dual RTK/GNSS positioning delivers centimeter-level flight accuracy.

The tethered operation system enables continuous high-power delivery via the airborne module (8kW or 16kW), eliminating battery limits for long-duration missions. Designed with a foldable aluminum-carbon frame, the drone offers both portability and rugged endurance—ideal for field operations, industrial inspections, and precision spraying missions.

  1. Setup: Unfold the drone, install the spraying or cleaning module, and connect the power tether or charged batteries.

  2. Power Connection: Connect the 380V input cable to the tethering case or standard AC220V source.

  3. System Activation: Power on the remote control and tether system; check real-time display for voltage, current, and power status.

  4. Flight Control: Use RTK-guided flight for precise operations; the radar ensures obstacle detection up to 30m.

  5. Mission Completion: After flight, switch off the tethered power source, retract the cable automatically, and secure all connections.


Safety & Maintenance

  • Ensure stable ground setup before takeoff.

  • Keep cables clean and free from twists or sharp contact points.

  • Regularly inspect nozzles, radar sensors, and tether cables.

  • Store at 22°C–28°C and ensure shock-absorbent packaging during transport.

  • Perform maintenance after 50 flights or every 20 operational hours for optimal performance.
