Warranty Process
Overview
FlySpark provides a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for drone components. Repair options are also available for products not covered under warranty.
1. Warranty Policy
1-Year Limited Warranty Coverage:
Coverage Period: 1 year from the date of delivery.
Defects Covered: Manufacturing defects in flight controllers, gears, and drone parts.
What Is Not Covered:
Crash damage, improper use, assembly/disassembly damage, electrical issues, wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, and damage from third-party components.
2. Warranty Claim Process
How to Claim:
Contact Support: Email support@flyspark.in within 1 year of receiving your product.
Documentation: Provide photos, order details, and video demonstration (if applicable).
Initial Assessment: Response within 3 business days.
Return Authorization: Approved claims receive an RMA number. Products must be shipped within 7 days, with tracking information provided.
Repair or Replacement:
Warranty-covered issues are repaired or replaced at no additional cost. For soldered/altered products, repairs are at the customer’s expense.
3. Repairs for Non-Warranty Issues
Send for Repair: Customers bear all shipping and repair costs. FlySpark will provide an estimate after inspection.
Alternative Solutions: Discount coupon (20-30%) offered for a new product if repair is not cost-effective.
4. Policy Changes
FlySpark reserves the right to amend this warranty policy. Changes will be posted on our website.
