The FlySpark GaN 400–900 MHz 50 W RF module is a compact jammer stage for authorized Counter-UAS integrators and licensed labs. Tuned for sub-GHz targets (e.g., 433/447/865–870/902–928 MHz families), it delivers high power density with GaN efficiency inside a sealed aluminum enclosure. Standard SMA-F RF port and 12–24 V DC input with thermal and VSWR protection. Drop-in for vehicle, rooftop or backpack builds; pair with band-appropriate antennas.
