The FlySpark N-Shield 1.0–5.8 GHz (200 W) is a high-power GaN RF suppression stage for rooftop, vehicle, and backpack C-UAS nodes. To avoid fake “flat 200 W everywhere” claims, we ship band-tuned builds (examples below). If you need wider coverage in one box, choose the dual-path (1.0–2.4 + 5.2–5.8) or tri-path option with a combiner (POA). Use compliant antennas and a lawful spectrum plan.
Key features
Band window: 1.0–5.8 GHz (factory-tuned sub-band on order)
Power: up to 200 W conducted (band-dependent, duty-cycle-limited)
Protections: Thermal trip, over-current, VSWR safeguard
I/O: SMA-F RF (N-F optional), DC flying leads (12–24 V)
Chassis: Shielded aluminum, fan-ready; vehicle/rooftop/backpack installs
Example configurations (pick at order)
1.05–1.35 GHz, 1.20–1.60 GHz, 1.60–2.20 GHz, 2.10–2.40 GHz
5.20–5.50 GHz, 5.50–5.85/5.90 GHz
Dual-path: 1.0–2.4 + 5.2–5.8 (with combiner)
Tri-path: 1.0–1.6 + 1.6–2.4 + 5.5–5.9 (with combiner)
Tech specs (fill real numbers before publishing)
Output control: 0–100% (stepped)
Input power: 12–24 V DC, peak draw ≈ output/efficiency W → insert your value
Control header: Enable toggle; optional UART/I²C telemetry
Cooling: Mandatory active cooling (heatsink + high-CFM fan); thermal trip at <temp> °C
Enclosure: <L×W×H mm>, <weight g>; Operating temp −10 °C to +55 °C
