In electronic warfare environments, RF-linked FPV drones lose video and control when jammers target 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands. Fiber optic tethered FPV eliminates RF emissions entirely.
How fiber optic FPV works
A G.657.A2 single-mode fiber spool unreels from the drone during flight. Video and control data travel through the fiber — immune to RF jamming, GPS spoofing, and spectrum congestion.
