The FlySpark N-Shield 100–900 MHz (100 W) is a GaN-based RF suppression stage optimized for sub-GHz nodes in layered Counter-UAS systems. Sub-GHz links travel far; this module delivers high power density with GaN efficiency and fast protection trips to survive heat and mismatch. To avoid fake “flat 100 W everywhere” claims, we tune to your target sub-band at order. For broader coverage in one box, choose the dual-path build with a power combiner (POA). Use compliant antennas and a lawful spectrum plan.
