The FlySpark SF-91X-100M Dual-Tethered Water Spray System is an advanced aerial cleaning and spraying drone solution engineered for high-rise building facades, power plants, and chemical plant maintenance. Designed to replace traditional “Spider-Man” manual cleaning, this system offers superior safety, efficiency, and precision in external surface cleaning and industrial spraying tasks.
Powered by a dual tethered electric system, the SF-91X-100M provides continuous power and water supply to the UAV, enabling uninterrupted long-duration flight operations. This eliminates the limitations of battery-based drones, ensuring stable performance and reducing operational downtime.
The complete system integrates the AF-J30 high-load hexacopter drone, WF-12K airborne tethered power unit, AF-G30 ground power box, and a pressurized water spray tank, delivering unmatched stability, range, and spraying power.

⚙️ Operation Overview
Unfold & Inspect: Unpack the drone, unfold propellers, attach booms, and secure all clips and connectors.
Connect Power System: Link the tethering cable to the UAV via the XT60 connector; ensure all plugs are tight and secure.
Activate Systems: Power on the mooring box, water pump, and remote controller sequentially.
Water Test: Verify water pump operation and adjust pressure gradually using the remote control.
Flight Operation: Take off, activate tether power, and maintain steady torque on the reel to keep cable tension stable.
Spraying: Begin controlled water spraying using the boom nozzle; maintain safe distance from the surface.
Landing & Shutdown: Power off water pump, then tether box; descend slowly and retract cables with care.
Post-Mission Maintenance: Drain, dry, and inspect water systems and cables before storage.
⚠️ Safety Notes
Do not operate in rain or extreme heat.
Avoid exposing cables to direct sunlight or wet environments.
Always wear insulated gloves when handling high-voltage cables.
Use shock-resistant packaging during transport.
Damages from overload, overheating, or improper handling are not covered under warranty.
